Library Downtown
A 110,000 sq. ft. phase II and phase IV project
including the structure, roof, and skylights as well
as a state of the art television studio with sophisticated
grid systems, acoustic sound control and floating
foundation. The new structure was built around the
existing library in an effort to update and modernize
as well as preserve the past.
